- Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Returning an item for any reason, please send your return request with explanation of return reasons to email@example.com. We will review it and submit you an authorized USPS label for return within 1-2 business days. It may take 3 to 10 business days from the date the package is received to be inspected.
- Customers are free for the additional costs associated with return, if Returned item(s) are unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged. - If returned items are not in the same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge. - Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim.
